What You Get

4. Ongoing mailbox management and monthly maintenance (until canceled).

Infrastructure Options

1) Google Workspace

• Send capacity: ~30 cold emails per mailbox per day
• Cost: $3.50 per mailbox per month
• Domain ratio: 1 domain per 3 mailboxes
• Example: To send 1,000/day you’ll need about 33 mailboxes ≈ $115/month (mailboxes only)
• Best for: Low cost, balanced deliverability, easy to scale across multiple domains

2) Microsoft 365 (Bulk)

• Send capacity: ~5 cold emails per mailbox per day
• Pricing unit: 49 mailboxes on a single domain for $30/month
• Domain ratio: 1 domain per 49 mailboxes
