Lead Gen Jay is a done-for-you cold email lead generation agency, and we are one of the loudest names in the space for a reason. We have built and ran outbound campaigns for 180+ active clients across real estate, legal, insurance, and B2B SaaS.
Cold email is a skill people pay thousands to learn. You will learn it by doing it, every day, on real accounts, with the people who do it best.
The role
You are the bridge between the strategy and the execution. You represent the first point of contact for clients and the final quality check before any work ships.
Our strategists and our founder run the strategy calls. You are in the room, you capture what was decided, and you send the recap. From there the account is yours to move: chasing what is missing, assisting your strategist in Instantly and Bison, pulling reporting, and keeping the client and the internal team pointed in the same direction.
This is not a sales role and it is not a ticket queue. It is part execution, part project management, part client relationship. You will finish most weeks able to point at something that shipped because you pushed it.
Fair warning: no two days look the same here. A client goes quiet, a campaign underperforms, a list needs rebuilding before a launch, three accounts need updates at once. If that sounds draining, this is the wrong role. If it sounds like the good part, keep reading.
And we will be straight with you about the clients. These are high end accounts. They pay well, they expect a lot, and they notice everything. They want attention, they want detail, and they will push you. This work is not easy and we are not going to pretend it is.
