We’re looking for an elite cold email operator who can generate real results for clients. This role is for someone highly experienced across the entire outbound process: strategy, list building, copywriting, tooling, testing, optimization, and campaign execution.
Your main focus will be simple: generate results.
You will not be responsible for client communication or account management. Instead, you’ll work behind the scenes to build strong outbound systems, execute campaigns, improve performance, and clearly communicate the strategy, reasoning, and ideas behind your work to our internal team.
What We’re Looking For
- Expert-level cold email copywriting, strategy, and campaign execution
- Proven ability to generate results for clients.
- Advanced list-building skills beyond basic Apollo searches
- Experience building custom, hard-to-find lead lists using Clay, Apify, scraping workflows, enrichment tools, and other creative data sources
- Strong understanding of deliverability, personalization, segmentation, testing, and campaign optimization
- Comfortable using Claude Code, Clay, Instantly, Bison, Apollo, Apify, and any other tools needed to drive results
- Highly detail-oriented and able to manage campaigns with precision
- Social, collaborative, and able to clearly explain your thinking to the team
- Versatile across all aspects of cold email and outbound growth
